RESILIENCE

  • YOU are at the heart of our coaching approach. We consider your goals, needs, challenges, preferences, and the season of life you're in to create a plan that works for you. Our coaching evolves as you do, whether you're working toward weight loss, building strength, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or simply feeling your best in your body.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • awareness

It starts with understanding where you are now. What’s working? What’s getting in the way? What does your current season of life actually allow?

  • Structure

From there, we create a realistic plan for your training, nutrition, and lifestyle—one that supports your goals without requiring perfection.

  • autonomy

The ultimate goal? Building the knowledge and confidence to make decisions for yourself and maintain the habits you've worked so hard to build.

Pregnancy & postpartum coaching

Your body, priorities, and capacity change dramatically throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Your fitness and nutrition plan should be able to change with you. I offer individualized coaching to help you stay active during pregnancy and rebuild strength, confidence, and healthy routines postpartum—without unrealistic expectations or pressure to “bounce back.”

About me

Hi, I’m Miranda!

I’m a wife, mom, lifelong athlete, and Kinesiology graduate turned online fitness, nutrition & lifestyle coach. I live with my husband, Jake, and our daughter on a little farmhouse in the PNW, where we spend as much time outside as possible.

I grew up playing sports and went on to play Division II soccer at Western Washington University, where I earned my BS in Kinesiology in 2016. For most of my life, being active came naturally because I always had a sport, a coach, or a team keeping me moving. When soccer ended, I had to figure out how to build a healthy lifestyle on my own.

And honestly? I wasn't very good at it at first.

I spent years bouncing between “eating clean,” overly restrictive diets, and all-or-nothing exercise. Eventually, I learned that lasting results didn't come from doing more—they came from building habits I could actually live with. I lost 35 lbs without counting every calorie or spending hours doing cardio, and more importantly, I learned how to create a healthy relationship with food and fitness that didn't require perfection.

That experience became the foundation of how I coach today.

But becoming a mom changed my perspective even more.

Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, weaning, sleep deprivation, and learning to care for myself while caring for someone else have completely changed the way I think about fitness. My body has changed. My priorities have changed. And I've learned firsthand that sometimes the goal is making progress, and sometimes the goal is simply maintaining your strength and taking care of yourself through a demanding season.

Your body and your life are going to change—and your approach to fitness should be able to change with them.

Whether you're working toward weight loss, building strength, preparing for pregnancy, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, or simply trying to feel more confident in your body, my goal is to help you find an approach that fits your life.

I'm not here to beat you down over missed workouts or what you ate. I'm here to give you honest, evidence-based guidance, help you understand the why behind what we're doing, and build a plan that is challenging enough to create change without making your life miserable.

I've helped many clients lose weight, but some of my favorite transformations have nothing to do with the number on the scale. They're the women who learn to trust themselves around food, get stronger, feel confident in the gym, and realize they don't have to constantly start over.

There is a much less miserable—and much more fulfilling—way to get healthy and strong.

Let's find what works for you.
